The seller represents and warrants to EasyBooks that the seller has full, marketable and legal title and ownership of the textbooks and no violation of any law, rule, regulation, indenture, instrument, agreement or contract has occurred in connection with the sale of these textbooks.   Further, the seller agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Easybooks and its officers, owners, agents, employees, affilitates and customers from any claims by 3rd parties or expenses arising from or relating to any breach of misrepresentation or warranty contained on this site.
