$10 Minimum per Package shipped - Your shipment must total at least $10 per package in order to keep our shipping costs low and your buyback price high.

Quantity Limitation - Our policy is to purchase a maximum of 3 copies of a particular book per seller per 30 day period. You may write us at for permission to send additional copies of a title. We most probably WILL give permission for additional copies after reviewing our inventory, market conditions and other factors. Do not send in more than 3 copies without our written permission, however, as you will not be reimbursed without it.

Annotated – literally means “with explanations”. Annotated editions contain student material, plus teacher notes and, often, answers. The cover will be labeled “Annotated”, “AIE” or similar, and the ISBN number will differ from the student edition. We only buy annotated editions where the instructor's answers can easily be removed. If answers are found throughout the text, then we are not buying that annotated edition, even when a value is listed on our site. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to determine which books meet our buying criteria because of system limitations, so it is your responsibility to determine the suitability of those books for which an annotated valued is listed.

Condition Evaluation Policy – We believe it is in our best interest to grade your books as favorably as possible to keep you coming back to Easybookbuyback.com. However, it is at our sole discretion to adjust payment downward when we judge that a new book ought to have been classified as used, or if a used book is unacceptable and therefore of no value. In addition, when accessories such as study guides or CDs (as mentioned in the description for each book we are currently buying) are missing, we generally reduce the value of the text by one-half, or in some instances to no value at all. We do not accept International Editions or Low Price Editions which are typically paperback versions of US hardcover or black & white versions of color US editions.

Format – HC=Hardcover, PB=Paperback, SP=Spiral Bound

ISBN – A machine-readable identification number, unique to each title, which is 10 digits long. It is usually found on the lower right hand corner of the back cover. If not printed on the cover, then you will find the ISBN on the page AFTER the title page--the 1st to 4th unnumbered page of most books. Omit dashes, but do include leading zeros to insure the ISBN is 10 digits long, if present. The book industry is moving to a 13 digit standard soon, but before that happens, they are including both a 10 digit and 13 digit number on 2006 and 2007 editions. New – A new book is completely free of writing, marks, bent corners, wrinkled spines, scuffs, scratches or the like. CD cases must be unopened. OLC (on line access component) access codes must be sealed. Take extra care in packing new books to keep them in great condition. Plastic wrap over un-shrink wrapped books is recommended. Hint: Never package an unprotected book in newspaper, as the newsprint will rub onto the book, necessitating a “used” grading.

Overseas Sellers - We only purchase textbooks intended for sale in the US. If your book is not authorized by the publisher for sale and/or distribution in the United States or contains a warning, wording or other indication that such work is not intended for sale and/or distribution in the United States, do not ship us your book, as you will not be reimbursed and the book will be destroyed. We accept US copyrighted books from sellers outside the US, but you must pay for shipping and contact us for shipping instructions at .

Review and Instructor’s Editions – Review, Instructor's and desk copies are acceptable, but will be graded as used, regardless of condition. Type in the student ISBN to check pricing and remember to select "Used" as the condition. Books marked "FREE COPY" may be marked down an additional 50% less than the used price. Used – We do not purchase books that have missing pages, broken spines, missing covers, excessive highlighting or marks (over 25%), or are water damaged. Lab manuals, study guides, fill-in-the-blank, foreign language and legal books must not be written in. Wrapping books in plastic is recommended to avoid water damage in transit.
